Printed map; cadastral map. "By Wm. H. Greegor, C.E." "Scale 10 Chains to 1 inch". Shows streets and railways, specifically the Sarnia branch of the Great Western Railway, and lots and concessions. Some lots include the name of the landower. Also shows the Sydenham River as it branches out from Mill Pond. Includes a numbered index of surveys, which are indicated on the map with an underscore beneath the number. In upper left and right margins respectively, "38" and "39".
